With over 25 years of experience in IT, he specializes in large-scale operations, product rollout and implementation, digital transformation, and automation.

Prior to this, Venkat spent two decades with TCS, where he headed their ANZ Telecom delivery, managing multi-million dollar service lines. He was also part of the APJ telecom leadership team at Tech Mahindra.

Venkat is known for his leadership in operations, delivery, and solutioning. He has managed large teams, set up offshore delivery centers (GCCs), and driven significant value growth for our customers. His contributions have been instrumental in delivering multi-million-dollar programs and achieving business goals for his clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Instrumentation & Control from the University of Delhi and is an Oracle Certified Professional.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Venkat is an avid high-altitude trekker. He has completed popular treks like Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp, Kashmir Great Lakes, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and many more.

 Dwarak is a PhD in Mechanical Sc and Eng from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA, holds a MS from Ohio State University, Columbus, USA, and a Mechanical Engineering from CEG, Anna University from Chennai. He has published numerous articles at leading Science and Engineering journals on material modelling and simulation. 

As an engineer at heart, he has been involved with design, simulation, and engineering since his days as a PhD graduate student working on state of the art in Multiphysics simulations to solving sophisticated problems with a first principles and simulation-based approach in niche areas such as 3D printing, composites, and polymer materials-based products. He has worked on consultative basis with government entities and companies in India in areas of space vehicles, defence, armaments, nuclear, automotive, and engineering products. He has core expertise in customer engagement, software product presales and drive customer engagement over the lifecycle of the deployment during his 10 yrs experience with Dassault Systems, India. 

One of the stand-out qualities of Dwarak is a rare combination of engineering and business knowledge and acumen. Paired with solid temperament, he has proven capability to coerce and manage diverse teams with ability to extract the best out of people and deliver results.

CSCP & Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certified with proven success in managing high-valued projects (greenfield), optimizing supply chain operations, enhancing process efficiencies, and establishing CoE by crafting and executing winning strategies and building high-performing global teams.

 Jayesh is a strategic brand communications expert and a trusted image advisor for the C-suite. With over a decade of experience, he is known for creating impactful initiatives in areas of PR, Marketing communications, Advocacy, Brand, and holistic image management.

He has worked closely with CXO’s, Top level management teams of esteemed organizations on business transformation assignments. With pure passion towards perception building and strong analytical capabilities, he has developed a unique prowess to devise business influencing strategies.

He has not just led communication functions but has a proven track record in managing and steering organizations in crisis situations. An NLP practitioner and a student of psychotherapy, also holds an MBA in Marketing Communications.
